Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange and receive a return authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the original items, including all designer tags and protective packaging, into the shipping box and include your printed return slip inside.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
